Where do we meet?

We all know people are busy so we like to meet online all in the comfort of our own homes so we don’t take up too much time.

How often do we meet?

We usually meet once every half term to discuss things that effect the running of the pre-school. There’s also an AGM once a year, where we evaluate all of the year’s activities and achievements and discuss new ideas for the upcoming year. We also have a whatapp group to communicate on.

Are we looking for new volunteers?

Yes! We are always looking for more volunteers – we are all working Mums and Dads, so it is easier for everyone if we can share out the tasks. Everybody is welcome to come forward and volunteer on the committee – we have a great team of volunteers at every meeting so please do get in touch if you would like to get involved.

What if you want to get involved, but don’t want to commit to a specific role?

That is absolutely fine! If you don’t want one of the key roles, you can still volunteer to be on the committee.

We have parents who help by designing posters at home, who donate items for the raffles etc.

We work as a team to make it as fair as possible, we all want the best for our children and the pre-school, so any offer of help and support, is always welcome.
