We see big potential in every moment and care deeply about what we do every day. Our team who work directly with the children at Greenways are all appropriately trained in childcare. In addition, all of our staff are DBS checked, have First Aid training and all staff hold a safeguarding qualification and all relevant training required by Ofsted.

Calleigh

Manager, DSL & H&S, First Aider

Calleigh has been working in childcare for over 13 years. She says it's such a rewarding job, helping children explore and learn through their imaginations . She particularly enjoys messy play and reading stories with the children. She has a son of her own.

Sam has worked with children for 22 years and has four children of her own. She really enjoys doing craft activites with our children.

Hannah has worked in the childcare sector since 2011. After having her first child, she became mesmerised by the amazing things children learn and wanted to be a part of children's developmental journeys. Hannah has 4 of her own children.

Maxine has been in childcare since 2009 and has worked with a variety of ages from 3 months to 5 years. Maxine enjoys the childcare role as every day is different. Maxine has 3 young children of her own.

Linda has worked in Childcare for nearly 18 years and has 2 children of her own. She loves working with in Childcare doing different activites and watching the children grow and develop with support and making sure it is a fun and enjoyable experience.

Kim is starting her journey within childcare and looking at gaining her qualification. She has 2 children of her own and loves to get stuck into messy play and arts and crafts.

Jade has worked in the industry for over 13 years and has two children of her own. She enjoys sensory play and watching the children explore their senses. She also loves getting creative with sand!

Preschool Practitioner - Bank Staff

Abby has worked in childcare since 2008 in a range of settings, from nurseries and children centres, to supporting young adults and children with challenging behaviours in the community. She loves how every day brings a new challenge and a new adventure. She has a daughter and a son.
